Frank and Sarah helped sell our house as we prepared to move out of state last year and everything went amazingly smoothly. This year in February when we needed to sell our rental condo I knew exactly who to turn to. I very much appreciate how they handled things through both sales and I was so happy to have a team I could trust to take care of everything for me since I'm so far from Chicago. I was able to trust in them and the sale went quickly and smoothly. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend them to all my Chicago pals.

Frank was our choice, without an equal. ..and we checked out other companies ( ones that contend they are creating a new way to do real estate, @ this moment )...the others seemed competent enough and produced lots of market comparisons and assessments of the value of our home...all at the first meeting with us and before seeing the property! We were told our desired price was unrealistic in the general area and that it would take a long time to sell.
Frank talked with us about our plans, viewed the house, offered some professionals to help in staging. He suggested we take the time to work with getting the house ready for a new family, pack up much of our stuff and wait til the right time (after the Super Bowl ).
We followed Frank'S suggestions and used professionals to guide us who all were encouraging about the prospects for the sale of our home.
The Open House was on Valentines Day and our buyers came throught with many others on that day.
We negotiated, overcoming some concerns and new issues with a more than one hundred year old house. .with great team work between Frank and our attorney (who also commended Frank and Sarah as consummate pros).
Frank carried us all the way through our close...having seen at the beginning what this move meant to us.
We have sent several people his way aa possible clients. We trusted Frank to have our interests front and center.
